John is a highly effective and experienced professional, with over 20 years practice in the public and private sector covering a diverse portfolio of experience in sustainability, management operations, carbon and energy strategy, compliance, revenue and capital development projects. A driven professional and strategist, with an enthusiasm for transforming estates infrastructure. John has experience in building life cycle investment, low carbon technology, innovation and sustainability, with a strong reputation regionally and nationally in multiple leadership roles.
Martin Lawton
Director
Martin is a senior individual with a varied and rich career built up over 30 years. He has a wide experience and a proven track record of managing the complete lifecycle of multi-million pound prestige projects and operations in a number of different arenas. Martin is an enthusiastic team player, who likes a challenge and is comfortable leading from the front, is results driven, commercially aware, and customer focused with consistent success, often in fast moving multiple stakeholder environments.

Former chief constable and HM Chief Inspector of Constabulary, with over 35 years operational and strategic leadership experience.
A distinguished international advisor on police reform and strategic planning, he is the former chair of the Scottish Business Resilience Centre and the former chair of the international advisory committee of the Scottish Institute for Policing Research.

Chief Information Officer
Steve has over 40 years experience in IT including Top 4 global IT Consultancy experience working with Tier 1 Retail and Commercial banking clients. He spent his early career developing and supporting scientific applications in Medical Research, Electricity Distribution Engineering and Radio Engineering. He has also been a Chief Technology Officer in a high-tech start up developing a project value modelling application. Steve has a proven track record of delivering successful projects and developing innovative solutions to complex problems.
